About Help-Full, Inc.

The Now Help‑Full app enables employees caring for an older loved one to find friendly and affordable help. Seniors get assistance with practical tasks (excluding medical and/or personal care) and fun activities around the house and on‑the‑go. Visits range from helping with organization or laundry to enjoying a fun outing together. After creating an account on their employer's Help‑Full community, employees either can sign up and volunteer to help a colleague's senior family member living in their community, or they can request help for their older loved one. Help requests are posted, searched, matched, and scheduled via the Now Help‑Full app. With Help‑Full's app, employees can find trusted and affordable help caring for their older loved one. They have the peace of mind knowing that the person helping their senior is a colleague. For employees who sign up as volunteer helpers, they get the satisfaction of helping a colleague and their family.


What is this?

The ServiceNow Services Partner Program requires our implementation partners to register their services engagement projects. Upon project completion, ServiceNow conducts customer surveys on behalf of our partners with our mutual customers to measure success and gather feedback, which we use to continually improve. This display showcases a rolling 12‑month average score of survey results. Results are refreshed monthly, and eligible partners must maintain a CSAT rating of 8.0 or above from a minimum of 6 respondents.

How is this calculated?

The CSAT scale ranges from 0 to 10 with 10 being the highest possible score. Each partner’s CSAT rating is equal to a rolling 12‑month average score of customer responses received across all completed engagements.
