InSource is also unique in that we have developed impactful ServiceNow courses and workshops that will empower your team with the necessary knowledge and skills to increase productivity. The goal of our ServiceNow training is to assist each trainee in obtaining a detailed understanding of concepts including administration and configuration to Fulfiller process and end user training. Our ServiceNow System Administration course material is delivered by ServiceNow and trained by authorized trainers, ensuring up‑to‑date content and a certification path.

Another unique feature is that InSource offers an exciting innovative ServiceNow Staffing program. Through this initiative, companies will have the opportunity to hire qualified ServiceNow Technical Consultants who have been vetted by InSource and who will receive significant hands‑on training through a new program. This program is designed to mitigate costs and risks typically involved with hiring new consultants.

What is this?

The ServiceNow Solutions Partner Program requires our implementation partners to register their services engagement projects. Upon project completion, ServiceNow conducts customer surveys on behalf of our partners with our mutual customers to measure success and gather feedback, which we use to continually improve. This display showcases a rolling 12‑month average score of survey results. Results are refreshed monthly, and eligible partners must maintain a CSAT rating of 8.0 or above from a minimum of 6 respondents.

How is this calculated?

The CSAT scale ranges from 0 to 10 with 10 being the highest possible score. Each partner’s CSAT rating is equal to a rolling 12‑month average score of customer responses received across all completed engagements.
