Sift Security's graph analytics and visualization platform supercharges threat hunting and incident response. Sift's scalable graph database correlates high volumes of diverse data sources, removing the manual burden from your team. Novel artificial intelligence identifies and prioritizes critical risks. And our intuitive threat hunting interface, workflow and automation reduces response times. Sift Security regularly polls ServiceNow for new incidents, and pulls those into Sift Security along with available context. Analysts can see these incidents in the alert table in Sift Security, then view the alerts and all the context in the graph canvas. From the graph canvas, the analyst can pivot to see if more context is available or if other entities were affected by the same threats. Incidents can be resolved in Sift Security, which also updates ServiceNow.

What is this?

The ServiceNow Services Partner Program requires our implementation partners to register their services engagement projects. Upon project completion, ServiceNow conducts customer surveys on behalf of our partners with our mutual customers to measure success and gather feedback, which we use to continually improve. This display showcases a rolling 12‑month average score of survey results. Results are refreshed monthly, and eligible partners must maintain a CSAT rating of 8.0 or above from a minimum of 6 respondents.

How is this calculated?

The CSAT scale ranges from 0 to 10 with 10 being the highest possible score. Each partner’s CSAT rating is equal to a rolling 12‑month average score of customer responses received across all completed engagements.
