Admins and implementers that need to understand what is APM, key processes, how does it function within the ServiceNow Platform and how to implement APM.

This course prepares students for the Certified Implementation Specialist exam for Application Portfolio Management (CIS‑APM).
Within 1‑week of completing this course you will be emailed a one‑time use, non‑transferable voucher for the ServiceNow mainline certification for this course, offered through Kryterion WebAssessor. You may use that voucher to sit for the associated certification.

How to Attend
To register for class:
- Customers can use the follow link to access the Learning Portal http://servicenow.sabacloud.com/
- Customers with OKTA/SSO login can access the Learning Portal directly to self‑register
- Customers with no account can easily create an account

Just send an email to training@servicenow.com with contact info (name, company, phone, email) and the course(s)/date(s). A ServiceNow training coordinator will respond within 24‑48 hrs to request credit card information and confirm course registration.
