Mobile Development for the ServiceNow Agent app is completed within Studio in the Now Platform®. It provides a mobile‑first experience for IT Service Management and Field Service Management. The feature‑rich app includes offline read/write access, push notifications, and UI policy configuration. The app can be customized and configured for the needs of the business, including the creation of new applets to provide access to specific work for fulfillers.

The Mobile Development Fundamentals eLearning series is broken down into four separate modules:

  • Take a Mobile Tour: An Overview of Mobile in ServiceNow
  • Start the Ignition: Logging Into ServiceNow Agent Mobile
  • You are the Driver: Configuring ServiceNow Agent Mobile in Studio
  • Off the Grid but Not Off the Map: Configuring Offline Access for ServiceNow Agent Mobile

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for No‑code application developers and system administrators.

Prerequisites

ServiceNow Fundamentals – it is assumed users who take any Mobile Development courses in the eLearning series are familiar with navigating around the Now Platform® with either delegated developer or administration level access.

The instance being used for activities and to build applets will need to be on Madrid.
