Director Customer Service Transformation EMEA at ServiceNow
- Work with various sales teams in EMEA where prospects/customers consider a major transformation of their customer service operations
- Partner with customer executives to understand their business needs, assess their capabilities and provide recommendations to help them accelerate achievement of their business objectives
- Offer strategies to digitally transform Customer Service based on customer-centric thinking, industry insights, best practices and support/service trends in relevant industries
- Contribute to thought leadership and best practices, both internally and externally, on customer success, industry/business transformation and other key topics
- Present key Customer Service Management messaging directly to prospects, customers, partners at events and ServiceNow seminars
