Keith’s experience makes him uniquely qualified as an expert in technology transformation for Financial Services including 25 years driving digital transformation in enterprise technology companies. Previously at Lloyds Banking Group, Keith worked as the specialist program director on workflow and business process transformation for Group Operations, supporting Retail, Commercial, Insurance, Wealth and Payments operations areas. Since 2019, Lloyds has been using the ServiceNow Platform to transform all operational and servicing processes in payments operations.
