Kirsten Cox

Kirsten Cox is the Vice President of Marketing for ServiceNow in EMEA. In this role, she is responsible for implementing marketing strategies, in alignment with high growth business targets, to drive awareness and adoption of Saas workflow solutions which help organisations succeed in the new digital economy.

Kirsten began her career over 20 years ago on a graduate program in the IT industry and has subsequently worked across functions in blue-chip B2B software companies to become a well-regarded leader based on her authenticity, focus on people and growth mindset. Prior to this role, Kirsten held European marketing leadership positions at both VMware and CA Technologies.
