Prior to joining ServiceNow in 2022, Simon was the accountable executive for Technology Resilience within Lloyds Banking Group, the UK’s largest bank, where he led the strategy, design, and deployment of the ServiceNow platform across IT, HR, Risk, Procurement and Payment Operations.
