Will Owen

Will has over 20 years of experience within the UK Health & Social Care and Local Government verticals.

Having joined the ServiceNow Public Sector leadership team last year from Cisco, Will was responsible for delivering transformational programmes within and across health and local government organisations.

He led a team dedicated to supporting and driving programmes across both areas with a focus on improving productivity, driving operational efficiencies and delivering better patient and citizen experiences.

Also in the last 18 months, Will lead the engagement into the UK's National Nightingale Program and subsequent National Vaccination program.

He is passionate about transforming the way in which citizen experiences are delivered through IT services and Solutions.
