Will is Solutions Marketing Director in ServiceNow UK and Ireland. In his role, he focuses on ensuring global solution/product strategy (messaging & campaigns) align with local needs. Working closely with campaigns teams to ensure content is relevant and of value to our UKI customers. He enjoys the customer engagement that his role brings meeting & engaging customers as part of UKI activities, particular user group meetings and events.

With 25+ years involvement in the B2B enterprise IT sector, Will has worked in a variety of marketing roles – customer, product and campaign - in Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Sony and hp.
