Stone Brewing is one of the largest craft breweries in the United States. To support their continued growth and become more efficient, they had to eliminate unstructured work and improve processes. With ServiceNow, Stone Brewing now has a single platform to support multiple lines of business including facilities, safety, IT, marketing, and brewing operations. They also plan to manage the release of new beers with ServiceNow Project Management. Leveraging one system saves Stone $250,000 a year on hardware, licensing, and labour. Vice President of IT, Brian Andrews, says, "These savings are ongoing year after year." In addition to cost savings, Stone has reduced equipment downtime by 55% and unplanned maintenance interruptions by 71%.
