Gartner, an independent research firm, recently published its report on how HR must follow CRM to achieve a consumer-grade employee experience. The study highlights how HR departments need to transition to an employee-centric mindset versus thinking in terms of departmental needs, in order to truly deliver a consumerised employee experience.
According to Gartner, “Fragmented and isolated employee experience initiatives result in disparate solutions and results that are diminished in the eyes of the employee by their inherent inconsistency.”
