Need to filter the service offering choices based on the location and its parent location

Hi Team,

On Incident form, once the caller field is selected, location field is populated.

Based on the Incident location, I want the Service Offering choices are filtered to match the location or any of its parent locations and that the choice (typeahead / auto complete) lookup includes the following information in alphabetical order.
Parent TS TSO Name Location.

we can see in the screenshot if we open the Location > SHS quadra 5, Bloco E., Brasilia, we can see its parent as Brasil , again if we open that another parent location as South America.

 

Service Offering choices are filtered based on the incident location and all its parent location.

 

How to achieve this.

Hi Pratiksha,

 

Will you provide me the solution, Service Offering choices are filtered to match the location on incident location which includes the name , state, city ,parent and  country  of the location.
