Eric Bensley is vice president of product marketing for customer relationship management (CRM) at ServiceNow. He leads narrative, positioning, and go-to-market for autonomous CRM. He's spent a lot of years in and around CRM and genuinely loves the craft of taking complex products and making them meaningful to people.
