Russ Elmer

Russ Elmer is general counsel and secretary of ServiceNow. Since joining in November 2018, he’s led the legal and ethics function, helping the company scale to meet the growing demands of customers while maintaining their trust. He believes the legal and ethics function in any organization is a critical business partner in earning and maintaining customer trust and loyalty.

Russ is proud to lead a team of world-class legal and ethics professionals as ServiceNow reinvents the industry. Prior to ServiceNow, Russ held leadership roles at LendingClub, PayPal, eBay, Pricelock, and E*TRADE. He also served as an attorney and partner at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich LLP from 1990 to 2000.
