@flaviamacha You might want to check with your account manager, but I believe a Now Assist license is required to use any AI capabilities.

In  your PDI , You can explore build Agent to create Application.

Now Assist, Gen AI, and Agentic AI features are restricted and not accessible on Personal Developer Instances (PDIs).

These capabilities require license or entitlement and must be tested on company-provided demo instances post license is purchased.
