New SNUG Leader needed for Arizona!

Hello!

We are looking for a new SNUG Leader(s) for Arizona! 

After many years, Jerry Dudley has stepped down as SNUG Leader for Arizona, THANK YOU Jerry for all you have done to support the SNUG!

Here is a snapshot of the role of the SNUG Leader (a detailed SNUG Leader Guide is also attached): 

• Participate in planning calls to ensure events are aligned to the needs of the SNUG community including dates, venues and topics 
• Help identify customer speakers 
• For in-person events, assist in getting hosts, and venue locations 
• Gather broader feedback on the needs of the group 
• Emcee at meetings if possible 
• Provide program feedback and ideas 
• Promote online community involvement by posting questions and blogs to encourage an on-going dialog with community members 

The ServiceNow team manages: 

• Invitations and registrations 
• Meeting planning and coordination 
• Venue and catering costs (in-person events)

The SNUG leader does not have to host events. They play the important role of helping us ensure that members get the most value from attending SNUG meetings and to keep the conversation going by participating in the on-line SNUG community. 

SNUG Leaders play an elevated role within the community and receive special recognition at SNUG meetings, on-line, and at Knowledge. In fact, we have a special SNUG Leader breakfast at Knowledge this year! SNUG Leaders must be employed by a ServiceNow customer- partners are not permitted.
