Confused by CSA practice Question

You need to create the 'Avatar' field to store an image. What data type allows images to be stored in field?

Answer say's 5)File Attach  But as I view the field  in PDI it was having image as a data type so why answer is not image even it present in option. Please explain.

At this point in time, I don't believe there is an official ServiceNow practice test for the CSA course so this practice question must be from an unofficial source. Sadly, these are notorious for having inaccuracies and errors so there is no guarantee that '5) File Attach' is the correct answer.

While unofficial practice exams can be a good introduction to the style of the mainline exam and give you a bit of a confidence boost, they shouldn't be relied on solely for preparation. From memory, the official ServiceNow course material covered everything you need to know to pass the CSA exam.
