I just started the course. I don't understand how the "request a Lab works" I see there are limited ones available. Should I request one ant the beginning of a course in the middle. Will I be prompted in the middle of a lesson to access a lab. It all very confusing... HELP!!

Hi @SeanT9375196738 ,
During your course when it will ask you to complete any practical task then request a lab instance as it has a validity of only 7 days so dont waste any lab instance. Only request when you are ready for Lab work.

Hi @SeanT9375196738 ,
ServiceNow Now Learning, lab instances are designed for you to use when there’s a hands on exercise, so you don’t need to request one right away at the very start; instead, wait until the course asks you to do something practical, then request the lab so you can use one for all the exercises in that module, because lab availability is time limited (typically a few days) and doing so helps avoid letting it expire before you really need it....
If you found my response helpful, please mark it as ‘Accept as Solution’ and ‘Helpful’. This helps other community members find the right answer more easily and supports the community.
