Yes ,non-ITIL users can view the Digital Product Release (DPR) Workspace as long as they are assigned the appropriate DPR roles. The ITIL role is not required.

You can grant one of the following roles depending on what level of access and responsibility the user should have:

• sn_dpr_model.product_manager – For managing product scope, features, and upcoming versions (typically Product Managers / Product Owners).

• sn_dpr_model.release_admin – For defining approval definitions, release policies, and release templates 

• sn_dpr_model.release_coordinator – For approving scope, providing status updates, and handling communications (e.g. Engagement Managers, Business Analysts).

• sn_dpr_model.release_user – For general contributors such as Engineers, QA, or Business Analysts.

The widgets and data visible in the workspace will depend on the specific DPR role assigned.

In ServiceNow, non ITIL users generally cannot access the DPR workspace unless you explicitly assign them a role that’s allowed via the workspace Experience settings, because by default only users with the correct role (e.g.... DPR specific role defined in the workspace configuration) can view it......
