Hello,
My personal developer instance (dev299704, release: Yokohama) is stuck showing
"502 Bad Gateway snow_adc" when I try to access it.
The Developer Portal shows the instance as Offline, but the only available
actions are "Refresh" and "Release". I tried Refresh multiple times, but it
remains inaccessible.
Request: Could you please repair/restore this instance without reset, as I have
important data and apps that I cannot lose?
Thanks,
Mahesh

Hi @maheshuppara,
Have you tried to access it from another browser? Eventually incognito mode or erasing cache?
502 is a server error, so most likely not much you can do from your side.
How long does this last? Try to refresh it once a while and hope it'll allow you to access 🤞 unfortunately there's no support for PDIs so the only thing you can do is to wait and prey... good luck and let me know the progress

Hi @maheshuppara ,
There is no official support available for PDI. You can wait and try again in different browsers. If it is working , take your data backup. If it will not work in few hours then you may need to refresh or release and get a fresh one.
if my answer helped you, plesae mark it- solutiona ccepted.

@maheshuppara did you get your instance back working? If yes how much time it took, I ran into the same issue and wondering what to expect here. Thank you!
