The “Register” button on the login screen is not being translated.

After installing the “External User Self-Registration” plugin in the ServiceNow environment, the self-registration feature appeared below the login screen, but only “Register” is not being translated.
It is registered in the Message table, but for some reason, it is not being translated.

Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

Go to sys_dictionary.LIST

Update below dictionary entry to mandatory false

Go to sys_user_registration_config.LIST

Open the configuration and Make registration link label empty
