There were so many great things about last year’s Austin SNUG! It was my first SNUG event, and it definitely set the bar high.   While many great topics were discussed, two stood out to me: hearing the City of Austin Product Owner share their ServiceNow transformation journey and learning about the use case presented by Beyond20.   I’m excited to see what’s in store this year and connect with everyone again.
