Users can't download the report from only incident table(list view) by Export Function(all formats)

We impersonated with the user and checked user can download(with export function) the reports from all tables(task, problem, change_request, sc_req_item, sc_task) except incident table(from list view).

 

We impersonated with other users of that company and other company’s users as well, they are also facing the same issue. 

Only admin role users are able to download with export function in incident.

 

Anyone could you help me on this...

Did you check the UI context Menu? if not please check.

Take a look at old thread - Not able to export reports/lists. 

if not works for you, you can create hi case for the case.

Please check if the users have access to attachment table. Check ACls please. I think users might be missing some role.
