Questions about finding an internship or a job

Hello,

My name is Hugo. I'm from Brussels. I also lived in London for a couple of years during my secondary school days, which is where I learned my English from.
After I graduated from secondary school I went to the Université De St-Louis for 2 years to study Economics and to EPHEC for 2 years to study accounting but never graduated so I decided to make a change.
So in August-September 2022, I got introduced to ServiceNow and started studying to become a ServiceNow Administrator. I succeeded the CSA exam this month and now, here I am, looking for my first job or internship in a ServiceNow admin role, or any role I can enter in, where I can learn and improve my skills as a ServiceNow administrator and eventually a developer. What should be my next step? Because I don't see any Admin (junior or entry level) or internships. It's mostly Developer jobs. Is that the next step? Learning Javascript? I got some notions but can't say I master it.
