Hi Frank, I would be interested in the CSDM roadmap, how integration with BCM and SPM will be improved, how to get value of the Service Dependencies / Service maps, we defined in the CMDB, in the BCM and SPM modules.

Hello, here at Stib/mivb we completed Phase 1 of using the big world of SPM , more over the Agile part (EPic-feature). In the pipeline we are installing the demand part. So was wondering if there are experiences in a more advanced phase where thvia the tactical level we try to connect the strategic with operational level ? Also in the area of hybrid where the strategic level is still in program & project while on tactical and operation we try to be agile ... . As we encounter delimas like product based, value stream , business line etc in the different are'a of SPM.
