Great article! I'd have to say my current organization is the only one I've been a part of that is craving a streamlined platform to perform their work. Currently, our SN KB is the most popular of our apps with users accessing it everyday. The downside is that this is the only app we have open to a significant user population as we are still very early in our SN implementation - we can't get apps into our users hands fast enough so they are still having to rely on multiple systems (with 1 logo).
