Question 1: How well did Developer Passport help you understand what's coming in the Australia release and how to use it? Which product are you focusing on most?

Answer: Really like this approach—one discovery session per major feature, live‑streamed, helps to  adopt and better understand the value behind each capability. Having a real‑time Q&A chat is also extremely useful for interaction and clarification.
I’m currently focusing on Playbooks and Agent Studio.

Question 2: How do you prefer to learn and get help when building in ServiceNow, and how can the Community better support you?

Answer: I try to learn through a mix of community content, blogs, posts, podcasts, and videos. I don’t think there’s a single “right” or “wrong” way to do it—it really depends on what learning format you feel most comfortable with. But I'll recommend to visit different sites to have a full picture
