Hi everyone and welcome!

The Canberra Region SNUG is for all members of our ServiceNow Community in the Canberra Region. We have also launched an Australian Federal Special Interest Group (SIG) which is a restricted group for members of the Australian Public Service (and individual contractors).

We would love to hear from you! Please help us to build a great SNUG by sharing with us:

• capability you are enjoying on the Now Platform,
• useful platform information for your colleagues to know,
• requests for more information or meet up topics, and
• ideas for how to make the SNUG successful.

We have some great activities planned for next month and will be posting more information here soon.
