Hello SNUG Members! It's not too late to register for the upcoming World Forum in Chicago. I wanted to share some event highlights: 1. Australia Release in Motion- demos and sessions reflect what's in production NOW! See real workflows and use cases built on the release. 2. Jeff Hausman Keynote on AI Control - bridges "AI as force multiplier" to the real problem: governing AI at scale. 3. Customer Proof Points - new spotlights and use cases (EmployeeWorks maturity, Armis/Veza integration, others) -learn from your peers' implementations. 4. Otto Integration Throughout - Otto workflows woven into sessions across the board- see governance in action. 5. SME Access- have deeper technical conversations with on-site experts 6. Hello Chicago SNUG Community! We're excited to begin planning our next Chicago ServiceNow User Group Live Event this November and are looking for customers who would like to participate. There are several ways to get involved: Present a 30-minute session to share a best practice, success story, innovation, or live demo with your peers. Host the event at your organization and showcase your company while ServiceNow handles the logistics and event expenses. Sponsor the event. Specialist, Premier, Elite, and Build partners are eligible to sponsor and connect with the local ServiceNow community. Apply to sponsor on the Partner Portal – Marketing > Events > SNUG Events. For more information, review the SNUG Customer Participation Guide, which outlines participation opportunities and provides best practices for presenters and hosts.
