Virtual Agent: This is an end-to-end, which provides an instant resolution to common requests, increases employee and customer satisfaction, and keep agents focused on more common issues.
Slack: Messaging App.
Benefit of the integration: Can be able to use Virtual Agent feature via slack application without login to ServiceNow.
Prerequisites:
- ServiceNow Admin account and slack account (Use same email Ids).
- Plugins: virtual agent , Conversational Integration with Slack
- Use same email ID for ServiceNow account and slack account.
Steps:
- In ServiceNow instance at Filter Navigator collaboration >> Messaging Apps Integration.
- Under Slack, click on install and confirm to navigate to 3rd party site.
- Click on Allow and then manage app.
- Create workspace in Slack app and login.
- Search under apps” Now Virtual Agent” and continue chatting with ServiceNow Agent.

Do we need to do anything more than these steps like we do in REST and Other? or this is the complete procedure for Slack Integration?
