Abstract: Use Virtual Assistants(voice) to create incidents, order catalog items and execute several custom tasks with voice commands. Amazon's Alexa is a voice based virtual assistant. A Virtual Assistant is a software agent that can perform tasks as designed for a user based on the voice or the text input. It can be a series of questions asked by the agent to gather information. Some virtual agents are intelligent enough to understand the human speech and respond accordingly. User can ask for simple to complex things like send email or get the calendar events with voice commands. With ServiceNow’s Integrationhub and Amazon Alexa’s API, we can build a Skill Management system that helps to create skills that can achieve tasks with voice commands.
