I work as a ServiceNow Architect, and this is my plan at Knowledge and CreatorCon!

I work as a ServiceNow Architect at GlideFast Consulting, supporting clients across industries with implementations in HRSD, ITSM, and platform architecture. For me, Knowledge and CreatorCon is all about cutting through the noise and focusing on what actually delivers value. Click here to register if you haven't already!

Here’s how I’m approaching this year.

1. Sessions I’m Prioritizing

I’m looking for practical, experience-driven sessions, especially around:

  • CSDM done right (and lessons learned)
  • Scalable architecture and governance
  • HRSD and employee experience improvements
  • Real-world AI journeys

If it’s something I can take back and apply to a client, it makes the list.

2. CreatorCon Focus

CreatorCon is where I switch gears into builder mode. I’m planning to spend time on:

  • AI use cases that drive adoption
  • Building simple, high-impact apps
  • Mobile-first experiences that users actually use

I’m especially interested in how teams are enabling non-developers without losing control of the platform.

3. Connecting with the ServiceNow Community

Some of the best insights come from conversations, not slides. I’m looking forward to:

  • Exchanging ideas with other MVPs and architects
  • Talking through real challenges and trade-offs
  • Learning what’s working (and what isn’t) across different organizations

4. Making the Most of the Week

Knowledge can get overwhelming, so my plan is simple:

  • Be intentional about sessions
  • Leave space for networking
  • Focus on quality over quantity
  • And enjoy the Vegas experience along the way

If you’re attending, my biggest recommendation is to come in with a plan, but stay flexible.

The best takeaways are often unplanned. See you there!
