Abstract: Agents spend a lot of time finding the right resolution to incidents/cases while similar issues might have been already resolved in the organization. Also, in many cases they might have been well documented in knowledge articles. Yet, the challenge is in finding the right content that can help resolve issues. In this workshop, we will walk you through how you could use Machine Learning based Similarity Framework in Predictive Intelligence to solve this problem
