At CreatorCon 2025, we’re bringing something special to the ServiceNow Community: exclusive collectible Community cards.
This is your opportunity to design your own AI-powered hero avatar and claim your place in the ultimate ServiceNow card collection. You’ll create a one-of-a-kind collectible card that you can trade with fellow Community members, right on the CreatorCon show floor. Here’s how the process works:
First, you’ll click the link below to access our hero creation portal.
Next, answer a few fun questions about yourself. This will decide your “technical superpowers”.
After that, you’ll upload a selfie and let the ServiceNow’s AI-powered platform generate four unique avatars for you to choose from.
Finally, it’s time to choose your favorite. Once you’ve selected, we here at the ServiceNow Community will turn it into an official collectible Community card, that you will receive a pack of when you arrive to the CreatorCon show floor.
If you created your card before March 31, 2025, your physical card pack will be ready for pickup when you arrive at CreatorCon 2025. Missed the deadline? No need to worry! You can still create your avatar onsite and print your cards at the event.
No matter when you create your avatar — before CreatorCon or during the event — you’ll always have access to your digital card in the app. Stay tuned to the CreatorCon Community Hub for updates on the app and its official launch!
Once you have your pack, the real Community spirit begins to unravel.
CreatorCon is where you make new friends. It’s where you learn from people you never knew you had something to learn from. It’s the place where we, a global Community of creative practitioners, come together and share our superpowers with each other.

As you walk around the show floor with your pack, you’ll exchange with others, adding to your collection and encouraging your connections. You'll have a digital version of your card in the app on your phone, making it easy to scan, connect, and collect cards from others.
