This session will describe how DocuSign's Enterprise Architecture team had no process to track architecture review requests, manage them through the lifecycle to completion, and no way for customers to be notified of the progress. You'll get background context of the pain points, see the new app and how it solved those pain points, and learn tips and tricks on how to create your first custom app. Our objective for this session is for you to get new ideas on how a custom application can help your business partners with any manual processes that are causing them difficulty, and start you on the custom app journey.
