Abstract:

In a modern enterprise, the data is spread across different systems and often complex processing has to be done to move this data. ServiceNow IntegrationHub allows applications running in different environments to be integrated in a codeless and automated way by abstracting the underlying complexities of protocols, data formats, and connections. In this session, we're going to use the IntegrationHub to connect Hubspot with any CRM. Essentially, when a lead fills up in Hubspot, the CRM will be synced up with the lead ("create a lead" or "update the lead"). Using a virtual agent, the system will determine the recent leads that were created. Join us in this session if you're interested in simplifying integration capabilities across disparate system.
