CreatorCon is Almost Here. Here's Everything You Need to Know Before You Walk In.
It's Friday. Knowledge 2026 is days away. If you're reading this with your conference bag half-packed and seventeen tabs open trying to figure out what sessions to add to your agenda, first of all: relatable. Second of all: you're in the right place.
CreatorCon is the part of Knowledge built for people who actually build things. Developers, admins, architects, low-code creators, pro-coders, everyone who has ever opened Flow Designer at 11pm because they just had to see if it would work. This is your event. And we want to make sure you get the most out of every minute of it.
So here's your Know Before You Go. Bookmark it. Screenshot it. Send it to the coworker who is definitely not prepared.
First Things First: What Even Is CreatorCon?
CreatorCon is the developer-focused portion within Knowledge 2026, packed with hands-on labs, technical sessions, Ask the Experts opportunities, and activations built specifically for people who build on the ServiceNow AI Platform. Think of Knowledge as the big show and CreatorCon as the backstage pass.

What to Bring
Let's start practical, because nobody wants to be the person scrambling at registration.
- Your badge confirmation - have it on your phone, printed, or tattooed on your forearm. Your call.
- A charged laptop - labs are hands-on. You're going to want it.
- A portable charger - conference venues are notoriously stingy with outlets.
- Something to take notes - yes, you'll have access to session recordings, but your in-the-moment thoughts are the ones that actually turn into action items later.
- Business cards or a LinkedIn QR code ready - the hallway conversations at CreatorCon are sometimes better than the sessions themselves.
- Comfortable shoes - this is not the week for brand new shoes. Trust us. Break them in, and bring insoles.
- An open mind and at least one session outside your comfort zone - seriously, the best CreatorCon moments usually come from the session you almost didn't attend.
First Timer? We've Got You.
Never been to CreatorCon before? Good news: you're not doing this alone. The CreatorCon Crew first-timer program is designed to help you get oriented, meet people, and actually feel at home instead of wandering the floor hoping someone talks to you.

A Few Pro Tips From People Who Have Done This Before
- Plan your days the night before - the agenda gets overwhelming in real time. Pick your must-haves before you walk in.
- Eat something before the keynote - this is not a drill.
- Use the app - the ServiceNow Events app is your best friend for navigating sessions, finding rooms, and adjusting your schedule on the fly.
- Build in buffer time - rooms are sometimes far apart, lines happen, and you will run into someone you want to talk to between sessions. Give yourself grace.
- Don't try to do everything - it's impossible, and the attempt will exhaust you by Tuesday afternoon. Pick your priorities and go deep on those.
- Check the CreatorCon Community Hub - we will be posting updates, recaps, and highlights throughout the week. Stay connected even when you're there.
Can't Make It to Knowledge This Year?
We see you. Follow along on the ServiceNow Community for live coverage, session highlights, and post-event content. And while you're here, if you've built something on ServiceNow that you're proud of, take five minutes and leave a review on G2 for App Engine or Build Agent. Your peers are out there researching right now, and your experience is exactly what they need to hear.
LEAVE A REVIEW!
Alright. Go Finish Packing.
CreatorCon is going to be a good one. Come ready to learn, build, connect, and leave with ideas you cannot wait to try when you get home. We will see you on the floor.
