Abstract: In this lab, you will learn how to build a Data Stream action and use it to ingest large data. The action will be configured to retrieve large data in a paginated form and ingest data till the pagination strategy terminates. The action will also be configured to split and parse records from the retrieved data and transform them into a stream of Complex Object. Finally, we will build an end to end flow that uses this action to retrieve data and writes it to a staging table and additionally showcase how it can be invoked via Flow API. The lab will give you a deep understanding of how one should configure Data Stream actions, the common gotchas around it and how to use this action in a flow or using API.
