Abstract:

ServiceNow developers will show you how to use Flow designer and IntegrationHub content in conjunction with Service Catalog to build a self-service password reset service. You will learn about topics including how Service Catalog is integrated into Flow Designer, Password2 type support, and use of integration action steps. We will explore the Password Reset capabilities of the platform and learn how to extend the solution to work with other service providers.
