Hi,

My name is Brian Gadeberg Buur and I work in A Nordic Service Company - Neisa. I ´m new to this forum and if this is not a place for my question - please let me know where to ask them.

We already have ServiceNow running and the plan is to implement Servicenow within the next 4 month. We "only" need to find the right partner - both for implementing and for future collaboration. This is already in progress.

Meanwhile we try find solutions for ideas and existing core business functionality. One topic is Inbound SMS and log file.

Has anyone tried to

- set up inbound SMS

- record SMS data in a log file and relate it to any kind of "case"

- Maybe the same functionality with watermarks in inbound E-mail is an solution - automatically to create the link between SMS and "Case"

Hi Brian,



Take a look at Notify (available from Dublin) @ Notify - ServiceNow Wiki You will need a separate subscription and a Twilio account, then you can send & receive SMS and Conference calls inside ServiceNow.

SMS Gateway providers have URL based inbound SMS.



linkmobility has a 12 and 4 digit solution


CPSMS has a 4 digit solution



You simply inplement a process that receives the data and your good.
