Hi - Do we have anyone in the community that utilize HRSD or modules to support the Procurement area and like to present ? Just so we move a little bit away from the ITSM/CMDB area. Not that ITSM/CMDB is not relevant but could be interesting to see something different from that on the SNUG´s

Topic suggestion: 

How to extract real business value from ServiceNow data — both inside and outside the platform.

Many organizations sit on a mountain of data but may lack effective ways to turn it into actionable insights.

ServiceNow’s native dashboards go part of the way but sometimes fall short — especially when you want to share them broadly or use them on unattended screens.

It might be useful to explore practical ways to make data more accessible, whether through dashboards in ServiceNow, APIs, exports, Grafana, or other BI tools.
A session focused on how to get the most out of the data you already have.

I am not the right person to present this topic, but I believe it could spark an interesting discussion, and I am keen to hear how others approach it.
