Thank you for the Developer Passport Brazil release series with comprehensive presentations and live demonstrations, it is extremely helpful and practical for builders.

Answer 1:
The series is highly effective in previewing the Brazil release by outlining upcoming APIs and platform changes early on. It gave builders a structured road-map and practical code samples to smoothly transition and implement the new enhancements.

Answer 2:
Additional content for me would be most valuable for advanced cloud integrations and the new security frameworks introduced in the release. The preferred mediums are short video tutorials for quick visual walk-throughs and downloadable PDF guides for deep-dive technical references.

How helpful was the Developer Passport in understanding what's coming for builders and developers in the Brazil release, and how to use said enhancements? 

This Developer Passport series was absolutely fantastic with the demos and the topics discussed for the new Brazil release. The Flow Troubleshooting tool feels like a game changer for businesses who utilize flow designer extensively, helping them troubleshoot their own issues before pulling in ServiceNow Support. Also super excited to play with Lux Labs starting today!

I would love to see some content around Lux as some videos and PDFs. This was a whole new thing and I'm excited to see what it can do!

Like the format of introducing the new features. Also appreciate the effort to answer live questions. Definitely would like to see more deep dive sessions into the LUX, now sdk, build agent.

Question 1: How helpful was the Developer Passport?

The Developer Passport was very helpful for getting a quick, consolidated view of what's changing for builders in the Brazil release.

Question 2: Which products would you like more content on, and in what medium?

I'd most like to see additional content on Flow Designer and Integration Hub (especially subflows, error handling, and integration patterns), Scripted REST APIs and inbound/outbound integration best practices, and UI Builder / Next Experience for customizing Workspace forms and pages.

For format, I prefer short videos or recorded demos for walkthroughs of new UI and configuration features, paired with blog posts or written guides that include copyable code samples. PDFs are useful as quick-reference cheat sheets, but less so for learning new functionality. Hands-on labs or sample apps in a PDI would be the most valuable of all.

How helpful was the Developer Passport in understanding what's coming for builders and developers in the Brazil release and how to use said enhancements? 

I would love to see more deep-dive content around the AI Agent Studio redesign and the new Now SDK/Fluent capabilities, especially regarding CI/CD pipeline integration. Short, focused video tutorials (5-10 minutes) are my preferred medium because they allow me to see the UI navigation and code execution in real-time.

I’m very interested in seeing more content about the new automated ATF Testing and Test Agent capabilities. Step-by-step technical blogs with embedded code snippets and screenshots are my favorite medium, as they are easy to search, reference, and follow along with at my own pace.

Question 1
The Developer Passport is a very nice format to understand the new capabilities that will become available to developers, I personally prefer these types of videos, which are easy to follow and not too long (30 min is ideal). Seeing the real demos is the best part of the Developer Passport, this is what we lacked in the past.

I think the winner has to be the new LUX UI framework, I look forward to seeing some video or blog tutorials of the entire lifecycle to create and ship these new interfaces. Also curious to see the approach for requester interfaces in 2027!

The Developer Passport was very helpful in understanding the key enhancements coming in the Brazil release for builders and developers. The hands-on approach made it easier to understand not only what is new, but also how these enhancements can be applied in real-world development scenarios. It provided a good starting point for exploring the new capabilities and helped me identify features that could improve development efficiency and overall user experience.

I would like to see more content around Now Assist and AI capabilities for developers, IntegrationHub and API development, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and best practices for building and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform.

For the medium, I would prefer a combination of short hands-on videos and technical blogs. Videos with step-by-step demonstrations would be especially useful for understanding new features quickly, while blogs and documentation would be helpful as reference material when implementing the enhancements in real projects.

The Developer Passport was extremely helpful in understanding the Brazil release. It didn’t just list the new features, but explained them in a way that made sense for builders and developers. I especially appreciated how it connected the enhancements to real use cases, so I could picture how they would fit into my daily work. The structure of the Passport gave me confidence that I can start applying these updates right away, instead of feeling overwhelmed by all the changes. 

Question 2:
I would really like to see more content around App Engine Studio and Flow Designer, since those are areas I use often and where deeper insights would be valuable. It would also be great to have some coverage on IntegrationHub, because integrations are such a big part of real projects. In terms of format, I enjoy blogs for detailed explanations, but short videos are perfect when I want to quickly grasp a concept or share it with teammates. Having both options would make the learning experience more complete and accessible.

The LUX capabilities, in particular, opened up a lot of possibilities—making it easier to build lightweight, purpose-specific experiences within ServiceNow quickly, even for short-term or basic organizational needs.

I’d love to see more content on LUX and its real-world use cases, especially practical examples showing how far we can extend ServiceNow capabilities. Short videos and hands-on blogs with demos would be most useful.
