From what I have watched so far there are some really neat core platform features coming like lists having pinned columns for example.  It's simple feature enhancements that will help literally everyone

I'm very much a observational learner.  So watch demos of things that have changed vs how they work in the older release - so you can see like for like really brings things to live for me.  Words and not having the like for like is sometimes hard to imagine.

I'd also like to see more about playbooks running against records/cases that are already running & being able to see that from within the workspace.

1. First of all, thank you for organizing such an engaging and well-structured showcase of the Australia release features. Attending these live sessions has been incredibly insightful—I gained a lot of valuable information in a fun and interactive way. I truly appreciated the seamless flow: answering questions in real time, giving live demos, and covering so many topics efficiently within a short timeframe. The delivery was both impressive and enjoyable.

2.

I would love to dive deeper into UI Experiences and all the exciting AI capabilities we are developing—they are improving rapidly and are extremely relevant. That said, every topic covered so far has been valuable, so I’m definitely looking forward to future sessions across all areas. I’m excited to continue learning more in the upcoming days.

Thanks and Regards,

Very helpful, for me, the release ops session was really insightful and I think the youtube livestreams format is perfect for this type of content delivery, especially delivered by the people who are so close to the products, it works really well.

Definitely Release ops for me, I don't have any specific medium, I identify as a sponge.. 🙂

Answer 1

I love the new format, easy to follow and deep dives are great, especially the relaxed way the teams do it.  I find them to be far more engaging when they demonstrate it so well.  The UI Interactions was particularly good and showed exactly where I can gain benefit with this enhancement.  Keep them coming. I love the experiences changes, and flow changes they are so much more user friendly

Answer 2

I would love to see more around UI Builder and Flow Designer, especially in this format of video deep dives , although and kin of blog with product teams would be good and if there was a cheat sheet of certain features and how to take advantage, brill.  Trying to drill through release notes is painful

Answer 1:

The ServiceNow Developer Passport was very helpful in understanding what’s coming for builders and developers in the Australia release. The content did a good job of highlighting key platform enhancements, new developer capabilities, and changes that have a direct impact on how we design, build, and extend solutions on the Now Platform.

The product‑specific livestream format was particularly valuable. Hearing directly from the product and engineering teams who helped build these features provided deeper context—especially around why certain changes were introduced, how they are intended to be used, and what problems they solve. This made the content more practical than traditional release notes alone.

The sessions struck a good balance between high‑level overview and hands‑on guidance, which helped translate new features into real implementation scenarios. Seeing demos and use‑case driven explanations made it easier to assess adoption impact and plan upgrades or design changes proactively.

Overall, the new format is a strong improvement over static documentation. One potential enhancement would be to include clear summaries or key takeaways per session, along with links to related docs or sample code, to make post‑event reference even easier.

Answer 2:

I’d like to see more follow‑up content on Platform Extensibility, IntegrationHub/Flow Designer, SecOps customizations, and the Now Experience UI Framework—especially with an upgrade and best‑practices focus.

For Q1:
One-hour session on the new product features was very useful as it gave me clarity on the enhancements, helped me evaluate their impact, and allowed me to outline a clear decision roadmap before moving forward with the customer instance upgrade.

For Q2:

Question 1:

How helpful was the Developer Passport in understanding what's coming for builders and developers in the Australia release, and how to use said enhancements? Please share any additional feedback you have about this new format for release content (i.e. product-specific livestreams with members from the team that helped create them).  The content was extremely helpful because there was content covered that you can't get from just reading update notes.

Question 2:

Which developer products would you most like to see additional content about in the weeks following the Developer Passport? Do you prefer any specific medium (e.g. blogs, videos, PDFs, etc.)? It would have been cool to see some of the new features in a demo. Real world use cases would have been great.

Answer 1: While release notes provide a solid foundation and hands-on experimentation with new or updated features on a PDI is invaluable, having those changes walked through visually always adds another layer of clarity. TechNow was a fantastic resource, but the time constraints made it difficult to dive deep — topics shifted quickly from UX to Flows to SDK without much room to breathe. That’s why the Developer Passport feels like a step in the right direction; its focused, single-subject format and extended time commitment make it much better suited for truly absorbing what’s changed.

Answer 2: One meaningful improvement would be rethinking the Community’s gamification model entirely. When points become the goal, the quality of contributions suffers — people end up posting AI-generated responses that miss the mark or don’t even address the actual question, simply to rack up a score. The real spirit of a community is helping others because it genuinely matters, not chasing rewards.

For Question 1:
This new format is fantastic!.  It is a great enhancement to and a smooth transition from the previous format.  Papa Chuck would be so proud! Keep up the great work!

I appreciate knowing in advance what's being covered so I can plan accordingly!  Even if I miss a live event, which I prefer, I can always watch later and catch up. I especially appreciate the SME's providing a demo showcasing the new bells and whistles and taking the time to answer questions. Kudos!

For Question 2:
I would like to see more on how AI is enhancing the platform.  Hands-on labs would be fantastic for those who learn best by doing. How about simulator type content for PDI's if possible.

How helpful was the Developer Passport in understanding what's coming for builders and developers in the Australia release, and how to use said enhancements?

Expert Insights: I really enjoy seeing the developers who actually built the features invited to the livestreams. This format is far more engaging than traditional documentation because it provides room for context, design decisions, and practical tips.

Topic Requests: I am particularly interested in seeing more deep-dive content focused on Build Agent, Playbooks, Runbooks, DevOps.

Overall, this new format makes the release content much easier to absorb and directly relevant to builder workflows.

Which developer products would you most like to see additional content about in the weeks following the Developer Passport? Do you prefer any specific medium (e.g. blogs, videos, PDFs, etc.)

A combination of short videos and written blogs to be the most effective approach. Videos are excellent for seeing features in action, while blogs are much easier to reference  to recall a specific step.

The ideal combination would include a PDF summary or a downloadable reference guide alongside each video to serve as a quick technical resource.
