Federal Employee Workflow (Private)

We have a Special Interest Group (SIG) specifically for Federal Employee Workflow customers that meets quarterly. This SIG is comprised of federal employees (no contractors or partners) that are directly involved with their agency's HRSD, WSD, or LSD implementations. The typical participant profile is someone in the GS-11 to GS-14 range (or equivalent). Our members include job series such as 0201, 0343, 0340, 2210, and more. The primary intent is to share best practices with your peers/colleagues. The SIG also hears from ServiceNow subject matter experts, gets a glimpse of future product capability, review new features, hear about design partner opportunities, and more! Additionally, members can participate on a private collaboration Community to exchange ideas and review content from prior sessions.
