We are looking into implementing the Service Portal, we currently use CMS for our portal and after some research I found out there will be little migration and more from scratch development for the Service Portal. Management has suggested we start looking at partners to assist with development, we would like to team up with a partner that specializes in helping companies moving from CMS to service portal and has completed those projects successfully. I wanted to reach out to the community for suggestions? Thanks in advance!

We are currently engaged with Acorio for our CMS to Service Portal initiative. We should be launching at the beginning of April so we are very close. They are very knowledgeable in this space and the experience has been great.
