Speaker Bios
Jim Scully is the president of the HR Shared Services Institute, an organization he founded in 2008 to serve the HR shared services field through research, consulting and collaboration services. Jim's experience spans nearly 25 years and includes both practitioner and consulting positions at such organizations as Georgia-Pacific Corporation, Hewitt Consulting and Deloitte. To support of the Institute's research activities, Jim also founded the HR Shared Services Network on LinkedIn, which with over 12,000 active members is the largest social network especially dedicated to the HR service delivery profession.
Matt Rose is a director in Aon’s HR Effectiveness practice. He has over two decades of experience in HR service delivery, customer care, and benefits delivery working with some of Aon’s largest and most complex client engagements. His expertise and background are in Human Capital Strategy and HR Transformation, HR Shared Services Design, Implementation, and Ongoing Operations; HR Technology Strategy; HR Process Design; and Program and Project Management. He recently co-authored a recent research study titled, “Driving a Customer-Centric Employee Experience Through HR Shared Services,” which details findings from a survey of over 80 global organizations on how they are evolving their HR shared services functions. He is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
