Mark Grimmelikhuijsen oversees the Service and Portfolio Management program across Campbell Soup's Integrated Global Services. Mr. Grimmelikhuijsen is focused on transforming business processes and services across multiple functional areas. He also spearheads the adoption of effective governance and management frameworks as well as enabling technologies that help transform services and the way people work at Campbell Soup. Previously, he led the IT Service Management transformation initiative that helped elevate IT's position from a technology provider to being perceived as a value-added service provider. Mr. Grimmelikhuijsen has been with Campbell Soup for 13 years and has led various initiatives related to IT Service Management, Business Process Optimization, Project and Portfolio Management, and IT Security—in the U.S. as well as in Europe.
Kaitlin Arcamone is the manager of the Campbell Soup HR contact center that supports employees and managers in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Over the past four years, Ms. Arcamone has helped formulate, execute and refine the strategy that is helping Campbell Soup transform HR and change the way they support the business. She is currently focused on continuously improving the HR services they deliver to their customers.
