Thanks for jumping on this, Ankur! We have a limited number of spots and are screening for specific profiles for this study. We're currently reviewing submissions and will reach out over the next few days if we're able to schedule a session.

Wouldn't it be better to send out a wider survey than to have talks with 'specific profiles'? The ServiceNow Community is going towards 1.1M people. Most of whom also use the Developer site. ServiceNow has a track record of making user experience worse instead of better when it comes to their own sites (docs/nowsupport/partnerportal/nowcreate). A wider survey could help in making it better for more than just a specific profile.

Hi @Mark Manders ,

Appreciate the feedback! We are continuously running research on the Developer site, as well as our other sites. Each study has a different group of users we target because certain features and research questions are aimed at specific audiences. This is not done to be exclusive, but rather inclusive, since it allows us to go deep with specific groups when needed. This study is one of many research studies we have underway to make sure we hear from all our users.

We have a research panel if you're interested in participating in future studies, and it'll give you access to the research we do for all different aspects of ServiceNow (like research conducted for our other sites and different platform products): Link Here

Thank you!
